Since losing weight my boobs have disappeared

Are there any exercises I can do (with weight machines at the gym, maybe?) to perk them up?

What's left of them looks droopy, as though I've just finished breastfeeding and they're empty. Its not a good look Blush

Yeah, me too Sad I've been swimming loads of breaststroke in the hope of improving my pecs. Six weeks and no change. I had a magnificent busom, but since losing nearly a stone and half, I'm left with two tennis balls in the ends of socks kinda look.

I have bought a bra from M&S that has sort of little pads under where your boobs sit and sort of pushes them up a bit and give them a bit of substance. Strangely I still measure as a DD.

I found my boobs looked really really soft and droopy/empty post baby. They seem to have sorted themselves gradually - although they are not how they were they no longer have loads of excess skin like they did. I'm afraid I still hide behind good bras though :(

Balconette bras are the way forward. They are padded underneath so they boost the droop as well as hock the buggers up a bit.

I've been doing press ups recently and it's definitely improved them. I am now up to about 50 press ups (in sets of 7-ish - I can't do more than about 10 without a rest). It took a couple of weeks to make much difference, and I thought I was reasonably strong before (can lift and chest press a reasonably weight at the gym).
