20s influenced clothes and hair

Can anyone tell me how to get my (mid-length, slightly wavy) hair cut in a 29s style and give me some basic tips for fashion? I really know nothing

Is this for a special event or for every day?

Do you watch Downton Abbey? A lot of inspiration from there.
Hair was mostly short and had finger waves - check out Lady Edith's elegant hair do.

Dresses were short and sadly quite shapeless but the flapper dresses can be quite fun. cloche hats also feature.
