Please please help me find a gorgeous beautiful but not too dressy wedding dress for a civil wedding

I have been scouring the Internet, hoping to not spend very much £200 max really. It's a civil wedding in a shabby chic setting. Powder blue room.

I don't like strapless, and I don't really like white or ivory! I am really struggling.
Dress size 12. 5ft4... Short and a bit curvy.
