I've just ordered the 30% and the 50% glycolic acid peels and I cannot wait to get started. Quick question. I want to start on 30% as I'm a little bit scared. I'm used to wearing Alpha H products (brilliant) which are 10% so I'm thinking of maybe doing 2 weeks on 30 and then progressing to 50? Or should I do a whole course or 30 followed by the 50? How long should you leave it between courses?
