Blackheads, Milia, Bad skin... Any advice?

Hi,

I used to have really good skin, but lately I don't know what's happened, it's like it's congested?

Around my chin there are some blackheads and little white bumps, make up looks awful around that area now. My cheeks have lots of milia on them and my skin looks dull.

Any suggestions? Any decent cleansers & toners that could help? How about the oil cleansing method, could that help my congested skin?

About to go & deeply exfoliate my skin now. I had a crystal clear microdermabrasion facial about 4 weeks ago and I think it's since then that this has happened?

I've been using the Soap and Glory Peaches and Clean cleansing milk for less than a week. I got it for christmas as part of the giant gift set they do. I've always been a bit sceptical of the brand, thinkign it was all style over substance but my skin has never looked so good. I have terrible skin usually, but this has actually shrunk my pores into nothingness and my skin is radiant. Which sounds wanky, but truly, radiant! I never had that pregnant lady glow, I always just broke out, but now I know what people mean by glowing skin. It's worth a try, I'm converted. I find dairy makes me break out too so it might be worth looking into your diet to see if there are any obvious triggers

bringonyourwreckingball - is that the blackhead remover cleanser? Do you use it as a face wash?

You can do it at home. I've just ordered it. It's not the hardcore acid peel that Samantha did in SATC where her face fell off. Much milder but the effects sound pretty amazing none the less.

The reviews on the site are probably all bogus but have a look at the threads about it on here.

I've tried the sterilised needle. It left little scars that took a long time to fade so be careful. Also I have hundreds of milia so it isn't really practical. Any ideas? OP have you got loads or just a few?
