Necklace to go with this dress?

dress wearing a dress very similar to this one to an evening wedding reception next week, with these shoes

Thought about a large orange bib necklace, picking up on the orange in the shoes. Thoughts? Will that look ok or really daft? Any other ideas? Thx.

Nice isn't it! Mine was from Next sale, cost £16!! But heavy ponte jersey and very flattering to my lumpy belly.

Here is kind of a bib style one but don't know if it would look a bit plastic-y and cheap for your dress and shoes.

I like the 3rd necklace that faff linked too. If it was me I would go for a chunky gold statement piece. I wouldn't want to overpower the dress and shoes.

I'd probably go for gold too tbh - think it looks lovely with link and orange without looking too 'matchy'. What colour bag will you be wearing?

Lovely dress. I got an Alexon one in HoF sale, was £75 down to half price. Really flattering too.

I got a gorgeous necklace to go with it from Matalan. It isn't online though. Was £10.

Agree, that if the bag is orange as well it might look to much and you might be better going for just a gold necklace and bracelet.

Bag not set in stone. Have a couple that would do. Some nice suggestions tho. Also like the earrings and bracelet that match the 3rd necklace Faff suggested. Would prob wear those together and not the necklace.

I wouldn't match the orange but go for a completely different colour, like torquoise, for a more quirky look?

i wouldn't wear a necklace with that neckline tbh. Would prob go for some statement earrings instead.

LOVE the second one Ivana! Leaning more towards the earrings and bracelet. Have short hair so can pull off a statement earring Grin
