I have some money to treat myself for a change so i am considering a pair of swedish hasbeens sandals for spring . Are they comfy ? i think i may need to get a lowish heel as i need to walk quite alot in them . how is the sizing ? the having to pay for returns is putting me off slightly and i cant decide on colour either !
tell me what you know :)

I bought some yellow ones 2 years ago. Loved them! Got many comments and will look at updating them this spring.

I've got the super high peeptoe in natural and cognac. The natural colour doesn't wear as well but I love them.

Have worn loads for the past two summers and very tempted by the khaki colour.

They do come up narrow.

I have the sky high braided ones in a very pale pink. Not a colour I would usually have gone for but a lovely MNer alerted me to them on sale in office last year for a fraction of be usual price. I'm tempted by the silver ones this year.

If you have wider feet it might be worth considering Lotta from Stockholm instead. I bought some from eBay a few years ago and they were very nice but too wide for me.

I have had mine for 3 or 4 years. They are very comfy, and easy to walk in, as they are, in effect, a platform, not a wedge.

Mine are black, as I always find it difficult to buy shoes that aren't black. But that's my ishoo, not yours!

After so long, the wood has worn down a bit - its sort of squashed at the front a bit - but it's not noticeable unless you are really looking. I have had the synthetic sole replaced, as well.

The leather is still lovely, though.
