What are you wearing in this weather?!

I'm struggling. It's freezing but I'm sick to death of jeans/jumper combos- they don't suit my shape at all but I'm rubbish at dressing for cold weather.
Can anyone inspire me with what they've been wearing?

Tweed city shorts with cashmere jumpers/cardigans and boiled wool skirts again with cashmere jumpers/cardigans. I don't know if that is inspiring but it gets me through the bad weather.

I've been wearing a thin jumper or long sleeve tshirt with a nice think cosy cardigan on top with a coordinating scarf and often a long necklace

I think my look is pretty much like yours scented , skinnies, biker boots, and layered tops and scarves ... could never do the lala look with my figure i'd have people bleaching their eyes if i wore shorts
