My previous one was over 10 years old so it won't be a like-for-like replacement Smile

Are ionic ones good? I've long hair that's thick and wavy, becoming more coarse and frizzy. Can you suggest a hairdryer that would suit and is lightweight?

Parlux! If you want lightweight and ionic, get the 3500 Super Compact Ionic.

Parlux

Pricey but worth it.

I got mine on mn recommendation

ShhHesAsleep · 07/02/2013 20:29

Thanks.

hyva I'd not heard of parlux. Hairdryers used to be simple, but anything that helps tame my wayward hair sounds good.

Another one here who's just bought a Parlux because of a Mumsnet thread - I love it, nice and light, very quick, leaves my hair nice and smooth.

Jacaqueen · 07/02/2013 20:41

Oh I am thinking of getting a Parlux. Which one should I get?

DrGoogleWillSeeYouNow · 07/02/2013 20:45

Parlux - the best hairdryer I've ever had - the one Hyva linked to. My GHD's are now redundant because the hairdryer is good enough to not need them.

EarlyInTheMorning · 07/02/2013 20:47

Parlux

ShhHesAsleep · 07/02/2013 20:51

It's a landslide.

I am dying for my hairdryer to die so I can get one of these Parlux ones. It will deliver results, won't it? looks at BBH tossed under bed

valiumredhead · 08/02/2013 09:06

Parlux!

Yes it will deliver results, my frizzy hair is much more manageabale and it cuts about 10 mins off drying time. Will never buy another make!
