Has anyone had any success with those fast hair growth shampoos?

I am suffering from a hairdresser having cut too much length off my hair and I am now left with a short bob which doesn't suit me.

Has anyone tried any of those fast hair growth shampoos/treatments you can buy with success?

Don't waste your money, it's impossible it could work! You'll have to wait for it to grow I'm afraid!

Biotin tablets are suppose to be good. Google it.

I take supplements from phyoto (hope its spelt right) that are meant to help. However I took them as I have been losing hair. Its helped and its growing faster. supplements only work if you are lacking in nutrients.
not sure if they would work for you. phyoto are the best I have tried.

There are loads of reviews on the 'fast' range that has just launched in boots. A few blogs have before and after pictures and there does seem to be growth.
Reviews are mixed but mainly positive.
