Just getting over Norovirus and looking haggard - any skin boosters I should use?

Hi all,

I've had a hideous stomach bug since Saturday. Today is the first day I have been up and about. I still feel very weak and have no appetite and my skin is awful. Really haggard, blotchy and with little flat red spots in places.

So I want to give it a bit of a boost - face masks, scrub, skin food, anything that will help. I don't want to spend the earth if possible.

Looking forward to hearing your tips.

You are probable totally dehydrated which will be reflecting in your skin.

Up your fluid intake. Maybe diorite might help!

take some fish oils to rehydrate skin from the inside.

buy some hydralyron from boots which will up the amount of hydration your skin can take externally.

Use a richer than normal cream to rehydrate skin.

Oh and moisture rich foods like salmon, grapes , citrus fruit etc as soon as you can stomach it......

Thanks, I hadn't thought I was dehydrated because I have tried to make sure I've been drinking lots but it was probably only a couple or three pints a day. I'm on a cod liver oil/evening primrose oil tablet each day but I can probably double that for a while.

I shall get some hydralyron cream and extra-rich moisturiser tomorrow. Anything you would recommend?
