Our communal boiler went off last week and our flat is big and cold.

Have combi boiler that heats up c/heating and hot water.

B. Gas came out last week to fix an 'intermittent' problem.

Now seems to be a permanent problem as boiler is completely dead - it won't fire up at all, and they can't see any reason for it.

Engineer is coming back tomorrow afternoon to put some new part in - got the feeling he was clutching at straws though!!!
