What shoes/boots do you wear with skinnies?

I need some ideas here. I usually wear uggs or converse but I want to find something that's a bit smarter but still comfortable for every day wear.

Flat black chelseas
Loafers

Chelsea boots
Biker boots
Heeled ankle boots (slouchy-ish ones)
Ballet shoes when it's warmer
