Going from a very short crop to slightly longer - style suggestions?

Unlike those who're debating whether to take the plunge and go short, I have a very short crop at the moment and I love it but am getting a little bit bored.

I fancy growing it a bit but hate too much hair round my neck and ears so I guess I need something that's just longer on top or maybe I could change my fringe. Any ideas where I could look for inspiration or suggestions of people who have this sort of style?

I was going to say my hair's quite like hers already but it is a bit longer in some of those pics - thanks, I'll have a look through them.

Know what you mean about losing time when you go on there though, that site is lethal!
