Petite ranges - where, and where is best?

I am a petite size 10 (top) to 12 (bottom), and I'm looking for new places to buy decent clothes. Happy to pay ££ for good quality. I am late 30s, if that helps.

At the moment, I shop mostly in petite collections in
M&S
Wallis
Boden
Lands End for coats
Sometimes Next
Sometimes Principles, but very rarely now that Ben de Lisi has cheapened it
Sometimes Petite Affair
Sometimes Fenn Wright Manson

I also buy the odd petite cut thing (think 3/4 sleeves, narrow shoulders, short length) in Hobbs, Phase Eight (especially for tops and dresses as the stretchy dresses can be shortened easily), Gap, Debenhams etc.

I don't tend to like the petite collections in CC, Minuet, Precis etc. And me and Topshop have never got on (bottom too large).

Banana Republic - but you can only buy in store.

ASOS Petite is great for skirts, dresses and tops but not so much trousers/jeans because they make them very tight and unforgiving! For jeans (full-length and cropped) I've found Red Herring at Debenhams to be just the right length (I'm 4ft 11) and cheap too. Tesco is ok for 'short' lengths in basic jeans and trousers.

I agree when you say 'Sometimes Next'. The petite range is inconsistent in fit/length. I would avoid Dorothy Perkins petite because the quality is absolute rubbish. Topshop make their petite range too long, I agree.

It's hard work being a petite! I shop at all the places you mentioned OP although Topshop jeans are good on me.
Next sizing is all over the place. Have size 6 jeans but fitted size 8 dresses.
Although Warehouse doesn't have a petite range, I find the cut of their things flatters a petite person. Some French Connection dresses also fit me well. I also have odd bits from H&M that fit ok.

Thanks for the suggestions - I will broaden my horizons! I'd never thought of Asos, but I'm gutted about Banana Republic only being available instore, as there isn't one anywhere near me.
