Who does their own face peels? Come and tell me all......

I'm thinking of starting these CID face peels but I'd really like one recommendations for companies to buy products from and specific instructions of what to do. I'm early 30's and already cleanse and moisturise morning and night but I'd like to give my skin that extra boost. Is there anything else better?

I used the glycolic peel from Bravura London www.bravuralondon.com/skin-peels.html

It's brilliant. I really recommend it (I am mid 30s). There is a great big long thread about it - do an advanced search on Bravura and you should find it.

I've ordered the 30% from Bravura, does it come with instructions of how long to leave it on and how often? Also I read on the other thread about using SPF afterwards, my moisuriser has SPF 15 in and and my foundation has SPF 15 in it, will that be enough or do I need to buy something else?
