Spots on my décolletage (aka on me boobies :))

Hi

Please can I have any words of wisdom on why the area above my boobs would suddenly become very spotty ?? I often get a bloody ginormous zit on my face at that special time of the month which has served as a warning beacon to my OH not to annoy me !!

The spots/rash on the chest is new though :(

I've not changed washing powder or put anything different on the area

Any ideas please ??

I have no experience of this coming on suddenly I'm afraid, however I have had this in varying degrees since I was about ten years old. I find the best thing to do to treat the skin in that area as I do my face.

I hope it clears up for you, I know it can make you very self conscious.

I sometimes get tit zits when my period is due, and always get a big throbber somewhere on my jaw line. I give them a good scrub with a mesh sponge and they're usually gone within a couple of days.

I am very self concious about it. Luckily it's winter now and I can hide but id like to get rid of them by spring

I'm 22 now and had this since I was about 17. I tried everything then one day, after watching the food hospital and seeing someone with too much histamine in their system be given anti-histamine and have it all cleared up, I decided to try some loratadine tablets (75p a pack in most places). Everything the docs had given me didn't work and these worked within the week.

Not sure if it was the same thing, they usually start off small, not a lot of them, then feel a bit itchy and some of them look like spots but sort of aren't (hard to explain...tad gross lol). I was really self conscious about them (covered a lot of the 'above boob' area so couldn't wear low necklines) and this has been a lifesaver. Thought i'd reply in case you have the same issue. Hope it helps cus I wish i'd known sooner! :)
