Should hair be wet, dry, freshly washed but dry, greasy or somewhere in the middle?
I have middle of my back length hair- cut the length first or straight into the hair band?
I'd like to have the shortest layer to come to my chin, how far above the hair band should I cut?
And lastly I'm colouring it too so should this be gone before or after the cut?
