Budget is small, maybe 40 quid. Would like it to be blue/turquoise/navy etc with a v or low neck. Don't suit halter or below the knee. So above knee but not up my arse!

Im shortish and a curvy size 10. It needs to come in at the waist otherwise i look like a little blob, so not empires or shift dresses.
