Best product for tired looking eyes

So, I have heard a lot of good stuff about By Terry's Touche Veloutee, so want some opinions before I jump in and order. Background- I'm 36, pretty good skin (thanks to HCC and serums etc.) with minimal wrinklage. However, my eyes always seem to look tired. They don't have dark circles or wrinkles round them, so no heavy duty concealer required. It's more about putting something on to make them look more awake. Also, i have very sensitive skin under my eyes, so it will go pink and sore if something reacts with it. Is this Touche Veloutee gentle? Will it do the trick? I'm not near a SpaceNK, so would have to blind buy...

Watching with interest as my face looks shocking this morning!! I've heard sleep helps, but I'm way beyond hoping for any of that.

Yes, sleep is supposed to be good, but with a 2 year old and a 4 month old baby, it's not going to happen for another decade or so Smile. I go back to work in April and alas, my colleagues are quite vocal in saying things like " you look tired/fat/thin" etc., so want something to mask my tiredness!
