Now I have been measured properly for a bra, where should I buy everyday ones?

Inspired by an old thread on here I finally got round to having myself measured at an independent shop. I was wearing a 38A (thanks to M&S) but should in fact be a 34E Shock! I bought a couple of bras at the lovely boutique place as they were in the sale but their stuff is out of my price range normally.

Went to M&S again (force of habit) and it was clear that their version of a 34E in no way matched the sizing of my lovely new bras. Where is best to go to get a properly sized bra or do I just need to keep being measured in every shop? Last time I went to John Lewis they said 36B, though they did it by eye.

Bravissimo? They have some nice ones in their sale.

I find Boux Avenue good and their shops have all bras in size order so easy to shop - e.g. you go to the 34E drawer and see every variety in your size :-)

I find Debenhams much better than M&S for basic everyday bras and when I was in there just over a week ago there was LOADS on sale. Sometimes I have to go up a cup size, usually 32G but sometimes a 32H in some styles. I spent £45 and came out with 3 basic bras and a sports bra that was on sale for £4.95!

Check for the same brand you bought online? Sizing should hopefully be similar. Ebay, Brastop?
