I ordered school shoes from happytoes.co.uk last week and haven't heard from the company since. As my DS is quite desperate for new school shoes, I have e-mailed them, called them and sent a message on FB to them. I just can't get through to them. I am getting a bit worried - I would like an order update, but as I have heard nothing since the payment confirmation I am worried that they are no longer trading. Has anyone bought anything from them recently and if so, how was communication and did they send a dispatch confirmation after the order confirmation?
