Help me find a work dress that works with big boobs. Please.

I'm a 32H.

Must have a belted waist.
Length preferably just above the knee.
Either cap sleeves or longer.
I wear a lot of navy. And red.
Work is not that smart.

Have you looked at Pepperberry? They're not cheap but are designed for big boobs. I got done lovely jersey Pepperberry/Bravissimo dresses from eBay for work.

Quite like this but maybe too high neck.

About ever 18 months I buy clothes from pepperbury/bravissimo and always end sending them back either straightaway of after a few washes.

SarkyPants, I am not sure I am going to be any help but I had a question. How tall are you and are you trying to flaunt boobs or minimise boobs. I am 28E (so petite with norks). For work, I ignore the usual advice to wear cross over dresses and prefer dresses that are either body con with say a bandeau neckline or dresses with nipped in waist? Maybe it's because I am short but I find belted dresses tend to overemphasise the boobs.

Definitely trying to minimise.
I find that I need a belt to avoid looking really really huge. But I usually go for a belt in a matching(ish) colour so that it doesn't stand out too much.
My belly is a bit too flabby for dresses to be 'nipped in at the waist' without a belt :)

I do wear vests sometimes but think that would spoil a fab dress like the one lined by GoldPlated.

I would also reject the tyranny which requires big busts to be dressed in V necks and wrap dresses. C'est bolleaux, IMO.

God that Pepperberry stuff is shocking.

I like the White Company jersey dresses for work, but they don't tend to have belted waists. Also they seem to have hardly any on their site at the mo. I'm short waisted and norky, so belts don't work on me.

I have a very very similar Hobbs dress to the dandelion one in a different print. And I love it! Just not quite sure about the dandelions.

Love the chestnut one - not sure how I missed it tbh!

And I have the FC one in a different print too! It nearly works but not quite.

Love, love, love the dandelion print but that shape/length would be a disaster on me. I saw a nice shirt dress in Aubin and Wills the other day. Would a shirt dress suit? If so, will try and find link.
