IS there a way to get your hair to grow quicker??

DISASTER of a hair cut. my "tidy up my curly jaw length bob" has turned into ear length, oddly cut nightmare..

I'd second the view that blood flow to the follicles through massage or brushing would help, as would a healthy diet / vitamin supplements.
I feel your pain, so many haircuts where I've warned a scissor happy chatty hairdresser not paying attention 'not too short' and come home shorn.

Damn.... My profile won't let me upload any more pics. My hair's a bit shorter now than pic on profile, in Seville, last year.

H&B hair skin and nails makes my hair and nails grow noticeably much faster, don't know if it would work on everyone or if I was just missing one of the vitamins in it before.

I'm sure I remember reading that heat and sex can make your hair grow faster (so lots of shagging on holiday?) .

well, it's not as bad as it was now.thanks for the advice.
