My problem is I still go shopping for the pre child me. 2 years on I've bought about 4 items because I don't know how to shop for the new me. Not only am I a size bigger (14) but my shape has changed. Planning to get pregnant this summer so is it worth trying to lose weight to get back into my old clothes or should I just wait and buy maternity clothes (which are the most hideous of all)?

lose weight now before you get pregnant

If you lose weight now it will hopefully be easier to do so again after baby. However, knowing you're planning on getting pg again isn't the best incentive to knuckle down...

It took me a while to decide on my "style" after having 2 children and being late 30's. I used to be a clothesaholic so it was weird being so "lost" in shops. I am now back with avengeance and know what I like again. I would try to lose weight before getting pregnant again but appreciate this is easier said Grin

Thanks everyone, kind of thought I should lose weight first. I don't look overweight (tall, so carry it well)but I feel so frumpy.
