Need dress suggestions and you have never let me down before!

soooo, i need a dress for my step daughters wedding. I'm looking for something blue not too short and not sleeveless. Floaty would be good so not a bodycon type thing.
I just cant see what i'm looking for.
Any suggestions?

I was looking at TKMaxx online tonight, they have some lovely dresses in stock, Reiss, Phase Eight etc

This might be a little informal (depending on the wedding), but it's so pretty Wrap (I am trying to work out myself when I would wear it. Not really a school run dress ).
