Anyone ordered direct from their website?

Anyone have one of their bags at all? Really like Lola, Megan and Jo.

I have a Lola ordered from their site. Very pleased with it. Site worked fine and it arrived quite fast. I also ordered another style which I returned and that went quite smoothly too.

I ordered an Angie direct from their website- no problem with delivery etc., but they must employ a bloody taxidermist to dress the bags for photographing.

It was lovely buttery soft leather- but that's all, no structure, just a big slouchy leathery mess which could have been any bag at all. It felt a bit handmade IYSWIM. Shame, as the pic on the website was my ideal bag and DD1's name

I did order the Lola after actually seeing it in a shop in France to be fair. The bag I returned was slouchier ( and larger) than it looked online so perhaps the site doesnt give a 100% accurate impression in all cases.

I think maybe the smaller bags hold their shape ok, but the larger ones need to have some structure sewn in to hold their shape once stuff is in them.

Yes, I saw a large one IRL. It was gorgeous but when the filling was removed it went all floppy. I didn't buy it but would definitely consider a smaller one as the quality was great and the leather absolutely lush.
