I just wondered if anyone had made a successful purchase from this website.

After seeing recommendations on here for Touch of Silver shampoo on here I found it for a good price on this website and ordered on 23rd of December. The website still says that the order is processing and I have just sent a second email looking for info after getting no response from the first one.

Not an expensive purchase but a bit irritated that payment has been taken but not received anything.

Hi, I've had the same issue with them. Ordered on 19th December but order progress still says processing. I've emailed them a couple of time but not received any response. Saw your second post, have they gone out of business?

Sorry, just saw this. I've no idea what has happened- just sent my third email but not holding my breath!
