What do your teenage boys use on their face?

My PFB DS is 13yo and I've noticed his skin is starting to get a bit greasy/blackheady.

I want something he can use in the shower (or bath. He's more of a bather than a showerer).
I don't want to make a big thing of it, teens have enough to worry about, but I'd rather he gets to grips before one of his mates mentions it.

In the past I've bought him Witch Hazel foaming wash but I think he needs something gritty.
His dad's got RSC (Real Shaving Company) facescrub.
Would that do or be too harsh?

So, what do your teens buy (or more likely, you buy it, they use it) Smile

TIA

My DS is 13 and I bought him clean and clear daily scrub. This works well and keeps the blackheads/ proper spots at bay. He's got quite sensitive skin and I thought something that said it was for daily use might not be too drying. It deffo works though (judging by the number of young ladies who've started phoning lately.. Hmm

Mine is almost 13, I gave him a witch hazel skin lotion for blackheads/spots, he doesn't even notice his blackhead/spots yet so hasn't used it, he has only progressed to showering daily in the last week!

I will put it on him tonight I think Grin

Clinique do a range called Skin Supplies For Men. Fab stuff if he can stretch to it

ds (14) uses nutrogena face wash and rapid clear gel.

It seems to help, I avoid scrubs for him as I seem to remember them not being a good idea for spots introducing infection or something.

Soap seems to work on the rest of him, for now.

this brand is designed for teenagers and is generally made of good stuff and smells lovely.

Both my DS's swear by the Boots perfectly clear range. The exfoliating wash for everyday and the 2 hour treatment gel for the odd spot that makes it through.

Currently half price too!
