I would try SuperDrug they have a huge hair care section.

AKissIsNotAContract · 01/01/2013 14:44

They have some here

I hope it's improved since I last used it to give my hair blue streaks when I was a teen. It used to go really crusty.

BadDog · 01/01/2013 14:45

has anyone ever used it? not that i would try real mascara of course not no

I use my Maybelline on my roots in the week before dyeing

Surely hair mascara would be exactly the same stuff, just in different packaging??

mrsseed · 01/01/2013 14:51

I have used it! I have some grey framing my face. google it! I would go for a semi permanent one.

starfleet · 01/01/2013 15:15

I think it's clairol who do one - you can get in Boots. My DM uses it.

FortyFacedFuckers · 01/01/2013 15:19

I thought you were going to talk about the blue one I also used as a teen. Grin

I bought some online when it was in offer. Sorry, can't remember brand, not sure where it is at the mo either (not v helpful!). But...I do find it good when I just haven't had the time to use a semi-permanent colour. I don't have my hair permanently coloured anymore because however much I've spent getting it done at a hairdresser the result is the same - a headful of frizz (my hair is v fine and v porous).

TheMonster · 01/01/2013 15:23

My friend uses it to cover a bald spot she has.

Thanks all.

I use hair mascara to cover the white regrowth along my parting if I don't have time to dye it. I got it from Beauty Naturals. Not that good tbh, but I reckon slightly crispy is better than an inch-wide white line at the parting.
