I swore I wasn't getting anything in the sale.
I failed.
I managed to get a Jigsaw pencil skirt that matches with my favourite suit (I have the jacket, dress and a different style skirt). It was £49 down from £119 which is an absolute bargain.
I also got a fleece from M&S for a fiver which will work well on outdoorsy days, some PJ bottoms and a dress for work from Banana Republic.
I then got co-erced into the sales by the DDs and ended getting DD1 a skirt she'd been eying up in Jack Wills and a top. She's got some more Nike Pros too. With her own Christmas money, she's ordered some greeny blue court shoes (too high IMO) and a black lacey dress (too short!) from ASOS. We're going to SEE when they arrive!
DD2 got some Hollister jeans, and more Nike Pros. She's eying a fleece lined Jack Wills hoody, but her Christmas money won't completely cover it, so we're hoping it comes down some more in the sale.
DD3 got some skinny jeans at Zara (not reduced by much though), plus a skirt and a beautiful pale pink cardigan at H&M.
DD4 got a Joules fleece which, judging by the state of her old one will be well used. We got a ballet t-shirt from Joules too, which she loves. She also got new converse pumps and new trainers (she's grown over Christmas). She needs new school shoes, but I can't face it yet.
I then got a pile of school tights for them all at £2 a pair (which, given that they seem to eat/rip/lose/sell tights at a rate of knots, I'm pleased with).
I did, however, resist the burgundy Mulberry Bayswater which I really want.
