This is it. My last ditch attempt to find a tan leather shoulder bag big enough to fit an A4 folder in. Any takers?

It's like an endless quest.

I think I've found it, then, like a mirage in the desert, it disappears, or is too small, or too expensive, or not really any good at all.

I have almost bought:

This one- handles not long enough to fit on shoulder, wrong colour

This one- not quite big enough by the looks of it

I love the shape of the above two. it must be:

-a shoulder bag which will fit under my arm not drop to my hip/cross body

-tan leather

-closeable

-under £150

PLEASE HELP ME.

I can't go on like this. THESE are the sales which will yield The Bag, I know it.

You see, I think I would wait til the 3rd January, just in case they did a sale or some other kind of discount, they aren't posting until the 4th January anyway, so it's not as if you will get it any quicker paying today. But then I love a discount, as it helps justify my purchases and I'm a tight wad.
I reckon Angie's part of their new stock as I can't find the same bag on Spartoo or Zalando who also stock them.

My thinking is that I'll put my order in now and cancel it on the third if they go on sale- as you say, they're not posting until the 4th so should be ok. Now I've found it I just don't want to lose it!

Am also getting seduced by the yellow leather one... tell me that it's too faddy and classic tan is far better... please!

I am not the person to dissuade you from a bright bag... I have a kermit green leather mimi bag which I love and the N&N wallet I want is in yellow.... But you did want a classic, go-with-everything tan one...I think it depends on your coats and jackets, yellow would look great with denim and navy, and grey, brilliant for the summer....but could look a little bit cheap if not good leather. Would you get bored of the yellow? It does look nice in the pics.....Not much help, sorry.

I suppose tan will look better with more stuff- yellow will go with all my coats, but come spring I'll want it to go with my vintage dresses which are quite, err, bold. So tan makes sense, right?

But the yellow is so lovely...

Sorry not to have answered before, but I've found mine very good quality. Only problem is that I got it in sale in a very pale taupe nubuck and that obviously isn't an ideal colour for day to day wear. If I'd bought one in tan leather I'm sure it would have been fine.
