Dress code is 'Lounge Suit' ............. what should I wear

DH and I are going away for an expenses paid fancy weekend in London next week, staying at the Four Seasons Hotel in Park Lane. On Saturday evening, we're having dinner in the hotel with others from DH's company and his CEO and the dress code is 'Lounge Suit' What does that mean????? and what should I wear???????

And we've got tickets to see Billy Elliott and we're going on a wine-tasting tour at Vinopolis and we're having an afternoon in the spa - all paid for - what a grown-up weekend.
