Is this too Summery for Christmas Day?

I bought this dress a few months ago, and it is yet to have an outing. Really want to wear it on Christmas Day, but is it too Summery? Thought maybe I could wear forest green tights and a scarf? I'm crap at this kind of thing, but have lost a load of weight and would like to make the most of it Grin

I wouldn't wear green, maybe go black tights & scarf and work the monochrome look which is hot right now??

I would wear with black opaqes and biker boots for a winter look. Plus scarf .

A berry/oxblood/burgundy shade would look lovely with your dress (scarf/tights that colour?) and would make it more wintery. I also think definitely wear boots with it.

Deffo not green tights, unless you really want to look like an elf. :)

Black opaques and black shoeboots (or biker boots as already said) would be good.

It's lovely. I agree with others that black opaques and ankle boots are the way to go.

It will work really well as a winter white.
I would wear it with black or grey wooly tights, definitely not green!

OMG love the dress! I'd go for black opaque tights with boots - biker or ankle with heeks and a statement necklace or collar! So gorgeous!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 22/12/2012 22:06

Ooh yes - a glittery collar thing would be brilliant with it.
