Do you think it is worth going back to the shop ?

We bought a really nice jacket for dd from Zara 2 months ago. The zip is already broken. I'm furious. That jacket costed 40 quids and I wanted to last 2 seasons. I still have the receipt. Do you think I can go back to the shop and ask for a refund/exchange ?

Definately. I think you have 12 months if its faulty.

I would say yes that's an unreasonable time for a coat to last . Maybe ring the head office first , that's what I always do then you have backing .

oh good thank you vintage for getting back to me so quickly.
