Please could you help me find a "circle scarf"??

My lovely SIL has requested a circle scarf for her christmas (we do a sort of secret Santa thing except we all know who is buying for who and we are allowed to state expressly what we want drop hints.

She is very much more fashionable than me so I need help from those who know better. I can spend around £30.

Could anyone advise me where would be a good place to get them? - she is stylish, but probably not particularly outlandish.

Cybbo - I was expressly told it was a circle scarf, but I agree it does sound like a snood! I think, though, a snood is more snug around the neck, while the scarf hangs more loosely??

Primark have some lovely cotton ones. I got a nice dark blue one with robins on. Tis very festive looking.

American Apparel have them in cotton. Their stuff is usually nice quality and I think it is considered to be cool. I think I also saw some very cheap ones in pretty colours in H&M.

Is a snood a big chunky knit thing and a circle scarf made out of thinner stuff, like a pashmina with the ends sewn together? Is that right?
