Plain black leather round toe heeled pumps

You'd think it would be easy

But it's not

I don't want a platform I'm too tall

I'd prefer a slender heel but I'm not too fussy

Suede is ok, patent possibly but ideally just plain leather

Has anyone seen any?

Yes please me too, not flat but not skyscraper and not granny looking - I'll continue my impossible search

I ordered these dune ones not realizing they're patent

I could cope with that but they're also too small in my usual size, though pregnancy has spread my feet :(, they're also very hard and stiff and even if they did fit, which they don't, I think they'd still be pretty uncomfortable

Jigsaw did a great pair last year- this year only in red or beige suede

would these do as a stopgap?

The heels are usually sensible and they are extremely comfy.

Why oh why is it so hard to find medium/low heels that aren't frumpy? There is a huge hole in the footwear market there.
