chunky silver necklace with a heart

I have seen a couple of people wearing these on tv lately. where can i buy one from? real silver would be good but costume jewellry fine also. its a belcher/charm type chain with a heart and toggle type clasp?

yes its the tiffany one! I dont think dh will run to that, possibly the amazon one , thanks for quick replies.
