Would love fillers and lip enhancement, but when you read articles like this one, you can't help but feel put off.

Goes to show that everything must be weighed up before embarkation
Use a plastic surgeon v experienced in fillers

There was an article in the Sunday Times magazine a few weeks ago that was so horrible it would put me off ever having fillers.

Have a friend who has had Botox, lip stuff even cheek fillers. Looked great.
Was inspired by her results and went to have lips done and was allergic to the filler (even though the filler is billed as something you can't be allergic to).

Lips swelled up like a balloon, had a trout pout for a month. They went down eventually but I still have a couple of weird lumps and they're not the same shape they were before. This was three years ago - the stuff I had (Teosyal) was meant to last for six months max.

So while it works for most, and can look good, be really cautious about injecting things into your body.

On another note, the friend who looked amazing when she first started having it done now looks slightly overdone IYSWIM - in photos she looks amazing, in real life, in daylight, a bit "off".

Good luck whatever you choose.

Would be nice if you could just put some hyalarounic acid serum to your lips, and that would enhance them Smile
