Foundation colour when fake tanned

What the heck do you do foundation-wise if you are fake tanned when you are usually pale? To explain, I have quite pale-ish, pink-toned skin and am considering getting a natural looking (hopefully!) spray tan for my office Christmas party. But, my foundation is light in colour (bareminerals fairly medium) so if I wear it I will have an odd looking pale face that would contrast with the tanned rest of me.

My skin is not good enough to go without foundation. What should I do please?

I am a fake tan virgin so all advice is welcome. I will be wearing an lbd with bare legs.

Don't get a fake tan!

I had a feeling that I would get that answer! Don't think my legs will look ok without some colour though, and my arms have a tendency towards the corned beef look in winter so definitely think I need some colour on.

Ooh I sound a real catch, don't I? Grin

Go to one of the beauty counters and make up a cock and bull story ask for a sample.
