Did I miss? this a snood on your SHOULDERS?

Saw a woman with a snood as a shoulder thing. Imagine like a dress tip that goes across your shoulders.

She had this on top of a coat.

Looked odd

Evening dress "top". Not tip

There were some things in Uniglo and I wasn't even sure what they were - like a hat or headband that comes down over your ears except there was a drawstring and toggles. I didn't know which way up it went and whether it was a headband or a sort of snood;

I think they are nice in black for evening.

Someone on made in chelsea had one on with black skinny capris and a white fitted shirt and winkle pickers looked good iirc
