What do you think of this - am I too old for it at 31?

Star jumper

It also comes in red and grey. Looks so cosy!

Lovely

fortyplus · 07/12/2012 22:47

I don't particularly like it but if you do then you should definitely buy it!

HermioneE · 07/12/2012 22:49

I'm 31 and want one but I'm too pregnant. Buy one so I can live vicariously Xmas Grin

LittlePandaBear · 07/12/2012 22:50

Hmm, evens.

I'm compiling a wish list of what I want for Xmas from DH, so I'm buying nothing Xmas Grin

Oooo stars and studs in one jumper!

But is 100% bad? Itchy and sweaty?

Love it.

thenightsky · 07/12/2012 23:09

£40 for acrylic jumpers worth a fiver off of the market stall? Jeez.

LittlePandaBear · 07/12/2012 23:21

Thenightsky doesn't like stars Wink

That's what I meant about 100% though, missed out the word acrylic.

I don't particularly like it but you are certainly not too old for it!

YourHandInMyHand · 08/12/2012 08:26

I have a star jumper I bought from topshop last year. Looks nice with jeans or berry coloured skinnies. I'm 30. Mine's hand wash only and lovely fabric.

Wouldn't pay that price for an acrylic jumper though, bet you could get similar price but nicer fabric, or much less cost, same fabric elsewhere.

VerityClinch · 08/12/2012 08:30

this one is cheaper and nicer I think

EllieorOllie · 08/12/2012 08:41

They are lovely IRL. The fluffy stars also have a metallic thread running through them, and it may be acrylic but it's also super soft.

LittlePandaBear · 08/12/2012 09:49

Thanks for the other opinions - I'm giving DH a list of a few jumpers I want so he'll get to choose and it'll be a semi-surprise on Xmas day! can't trust him to choose without my help

Thanks for the other suggestion Verity, but I think that one has too many stars, a bit too in your face for me!

I may be going off stars actually, have got Mr Tumble on the tv and he has stars all over him. Hmm

I love a star jumper. You may have inspired me to buy another one... I have this one but I have to say I like it 100 x more in reality than on the model. It has sequin elbow patches!

Yes. I've got a navy one from new look. I've been complimented on it. I'm 29.
