I am that parsnippy person you mock!
Wtf can I wear if I can't wear leggings, tunics or skinnies?
I am a barrel on sticks so even dresses can't conceal my comedic proportions.
Do I have to wear palazzo pants ?

Dress with long boots ?

No one mocks anyone on here { normally} , what do you like to wear? What would you consider to be your style?

I love dresses but there is no shape of dress that I know of that can disguise my rotund-ness. Long boots would help disguise my skinny legs I guess though

tunic style tops with leggings and long boots would work as well, are you thinking of a particular occasion for this "outfit" or is it just a look in general that your after ?
