Wow just managed to track down a jacket that sadly I was desperate for. You know its bad when you wake up thinking about it. Finally finally got it the store is a concession in House of Fraser and I couldn't get into Guildford so I had to phone but have had not so brilliant service in other similar stores of which some of us have had a recent rant. Boy was the service exceptional the young lady finally tracked down the item and I am one very happy lady so nice to talk to someone who really wants to help especially at this time of year . I have to say it was better than the main store. Sales here I come
