40 items are at 40% off for a week. The aspen coat and rainy day mac are there. Some nice bits.

You should phone and have a moan, I did this and asked whether they wanted me to return the items and reorder with the discount and they said they would credit my account with the difference, free returns for us end up costing them, give them a call.

You don't need to phone and ask- just return the 25% one and order the 40% one. They accept returns up to 90 days so it's not a problem. Lots of people order stuff pre-sale then don't wear it , return and re-order in the sale.

You can return worn items to boden up to a year after you've bought them for an exchange or credit note. But second the suggestion to phone, a quick call and they will sort this without the hassle of returning, their customer services are excellent

I rang up once because stuff had gone down by an extra percentage a couple of days after I bought it and I was told to return it and re-order. They could do it over the phone or else I could re-order online, so I did this.

I really don't know how this can be cost effective as I ordered exactly the same stuff again and used free delivery and returns.
