I'm so pleased with these! Nice fabric and very flattering on. Can you help me style them? I am (ahem!) 40+, medium height and like my arms covered (not because I don't like my arms but because it's blimmin cold!). Don't like high heels. Thinking smart daytime rather than evening.

Dress 1 The lace pattern is "woven in" if that makes sense, not an overlay.

Dress 2

Nice. No styling suggestions sorry.

Hi Ooer, we're glad you are pleased with your new dresses! We think both dresses would look great worn with black opaque tights a little black cardigan and a pair of sparkly ballet pumps for the festive season.

ooer · 05/12/2012 11:25

Blimey! Hello Pepperberry. (How did you do that?)

Any other takers?

You're welcome!

The second one would look nice with a slightly structured cardigan like this one

(I know it's Zara kids but I'm sure there are grown up versions around! Though if you're a size 8 you can fit into their Age 13-14 stuff. love VAT free clothes Blush

Love the dresses. Definitely a black cardigan - maybe like this though not sure about the pockets.

PastaDee · 05/12/2012 17:48

Can you manage any sort of heel? I personally think full skirts benefit from a little bit of height.

gregssausageroll · 05/12/2012 18:04

Oh pepperberry, are you open to some constructive criticism? If you are indeed the actual store!

Pepperberry · 06/12/2012 11:52

Hi gregssausageroll we are always open to feedback.

gregssausageroll · 06/12/2012 12:04

Ok,I think you are onto a good thing however, tops in particular are in my opinion made from fairly cheap and thin material meaning the cling to every lump and bump. Not everyone with big boobs is a size 10. Better quality fabrics would hang so much better.

Also so many sleeveless dresses. Sleeves please!

Pepperberry · 06/12/2012 15:34

Thank you for your comments, we have done a lot of work to improve the quality of our fabrics so hope you will see that coming through in future collections.

My work filters won't let me access the pepperberry site - apparently it is "provocative atire" Shock

Pepperberry · 06/12/2012 16:01

Hi AndBingoWasHisNameOh, because our site is linked to the Bravissimo website (lingerie, swimwear and nightwear) unfortunately some work filters don't allow you to access it. You can also see our collections on our Facebook and Pinterest sites if you can access either of those.
