summer fashion?

trying to get some clothes ready for the summer when ever it comes!!
dont know what kind to get whats going to be the look tis summer is it boho,gypseyor something else? im one of those people that have low selfesteem so its really important to me to go with MOST of the fashion but i dont know whats meant to be the look for summer help some one please

I can't see how anybody can actually wear - you know, for more than about five minutes - white broderie anglaise.

Myself I will continue to look bohoish but that's the sort of gurl I am.

Well I did buy the asda dress, but I am really not sure at all, I think it is going back :)

Recent wardrobe investments for me have been ballet pumps (one pair red patent, one pair silver glitter - I am too old really but what the hell), long stripey top/almost dress to wear over jeans (rather 80s) and a couple of those gathered-at-the-bottom vesty-type thingys (one in 'burnt' orange, eeeek).

I draw the line at skinny jeans and lust after beautiful fifties-style dresses but have neither the money nor the lifestyle to justify them. Zara is good this season, imo. Lots of loveely colour, hoorah!

I am too short for dresses. The waist is round my hips, usually, not a good look.

Snafu I had a pair of red patent ballet pumps which I bought when I started Uni in 1982!

I also found a copper pair of mine in my Mums house last summer - if I'd known they were coming back in fashion I wouldn't have thrown them out!
