Best non grannyish cheap comfy and warm thermals?

I have a couple of uniqlo heatech tops, nice but not really warm enough. I have some from millets (RIP) that are lovely and warm, but well frumpy.

Is there a happy medium out there?

I love my Gill sailing thermals, can't beat them for warmth and the top just looks like a regular long sleeved top.

Cheap please; £30 for a top! Smile

What about M&S?

hugoagogo · 29/11/2012 14:30

I've looked at the M&S heat gen ones and they look nice, but seem very similar (but more expensive) to the uniqlo ones, so I'm not sure if they would be very warm.

Damart!! Are they still going?

M&S do a couple of different types. Go to a big branch and have a browse.

Helly Hansen is what I wear skiing and it's great but very expensive. M&S is what I stick under my workwear.

I picked up a thermal top today in ASDA.

I have campri microfleece thermals, totally toasty warm and non-grannyish. I use them for camping but theyre coming in very handy while our heating is broken at the moment
