What tights/shoes for a blue dress?

Hope you can help me.
I have bought this for our work's Christmas party next week but I'm not sure on what to do with my legs.
I definitely can't go without tights, but would black opaque be ok with black shoes/shoeboots?

I guess black opaque would be a safe option, but I don't think that would make the most of the (lovely) dress.

I like the way the model in the picture wears it. But I'd be wearing very natural, almost invisible matt tights, and - I know it's a faff - I'd be fake tanning my legs so they didn't look like two milk bottles under the tights.

What you're thinking about would be fine though

I think nude tights and either nude high heels or black, nice dress!
