What do you think of this dress? Small pleats - flattering or not?

I'm a size 16. I love the shape and the sleeves but not sure about the pleating.

I like it. The pleating makes it look more interesting.

Thanks. I think I'll order it. There is 20% or something off today so worth a risk I think.
